Project Ergon Park A42

Development of a logistics centre in the south of the Community of Madrid, with a surface area of 1,445,000,000 m².

The project, promoted at the request of one of the largest investment funds in logistics parks in Europe, consists of the creation of a logistics park for the implementation of large companies in the sector. It has a high level of environmental, labour and energy commitment.

Project Ergon Park A4

ERGON PARK A4 is an intermodal logistics park focused on the intensive use of sustainable technology to create value, an innovation ecosystem centered on a dry port, with the participation of the triple helix: companies, university and administration.

The project is located in the municipality of Valdemoro, south of the El Corte Inglés Logistics Center.
